Womens Intuition

At Axe to Grind Coffee Company we want to be a company that supports the building of community, not only in our own but all over the world. It is in that spirit of building community we are proud to support this women producers project from Peru.  Our aim is to help them as they create a sustainable income for themselves and their families and in turn their local community. They fought against gender inequality that reduces their access to education, health, property and to obtain the same opportunities as men to develop and enhance their physical, economic and decision making autonomy. The mission is to empower women in the coffee community so that they achieve a meaningful and sustainable life. Through this initiative they have gained recognition, spaces in decision making and a better quality of life for their families.  This coffee highlights notes of dark chocolate and red berry.
